First tasted this at your drinks van at The Fringe. Crisp, fresh and flavoursome, it's now my go to dry gin.
Mixed this gin with ginger ale and soda water shared with a group of friends every one loved it. Wonderful Easter treat definitely try it.
My first sip of this plum liquer was special! Never had anything similar. Mild and sweet, what a beautiful treat and to a good cause!
The Ginny Tinnies are perfection! Absolutely love them, was great to have a combo to try all of them, favourite is definitely the spiced fig and ginger, but would be happy to have any of them!
It has the perfect balance of fruit and spice that makes it an enjoyable Easter drink. I might need to store some in the freezer so I can enjoy it all year round.
Found the distillery whilst away at the local caravan site, and what a bonus it was.
I'm normally a whisky man, but need to learn more about gin, and so tried the gin flight.
The 2nd gin was the Meridian and it was delicious when tasting with a strip of dehydrated mango and tonic.
It is now my go-to G&T... still with the dehydrated mango.

I took some of these cans to the Mundi Mundi Bash 2025 in Outback NSW....and loved them! They were perfect for the 3 day Bash as no glass was allowed. Now I'm stocking up in ALL flavours ready for Mundi Mundi Bash 2026 !

The first time I came across Ginny Pig was in Marion Mall Oaklands Park. I loved the name it is Unique! I tried a taste of one bottle then another I then fell in love with every bottle. But the Spice Fig Gin was the taste that was smooth, it lingered in my mouth my eyes were closed I was taken on a journey that I find hard to explain but it was magnificent the smooth texture that made me smile. I bought a bottle and it ended my 50 years of abstinence from alcohol! I have never had anything like this in my life. I highly recommend the Christmas Gin too, you will not regret it.
